Today in science class our teacher lit our classmates on fire. They were ok. We filled bubbles with methane gas and got some classmates to hold them. The teacher then lit the bubbles on fire and they erupted in a large flame. Farther below you will see the video I made. Here are 10 rules you should follow to be safe in the lab. 1) Never work by yourself in a lab without a teacher around 2) Know when and how to use safety equipment 3) Never leave your lab bench unattended 4) Only use equipment as instructed 5) Never eat or drink in the lab during an experiment 6) Always follow written or verbal instructions 7) Always be alert of whats going on and notify the teacher of anything unsafe 8) Never touch any equipment, chemicals, or materials without being asked to 9) Conduct yourself in a responsible manner 10) Only perform experiments that you are instructed Here's the video- What Could Have Gone Wrong? |
